COVID19 Update

Hey there cowgirls,

I'm sure you are super sick of hearing about COVID19, and even MORE sick of your packages taking longer to arrive (patience is not a virtue i behold) but we thought a little update to let you know how TLC is poking along and what we have planned in the coming months.

Packages are taking longer to arrive than normal which is no doubt obvious to you by now. We do ship all our orders through Australia Post and everything is still arriving safely just with delay. As of this week (25th May 2019) we have noticed a significant increase in speed of package deliveries - sign that Auspost are improving their systems however, they still have a disclaimer of up to a 4 week delay on your packages (so far we see most items arriving within 10 days). To keep up to date with whats happening with the Auspost network you can head to their website. 

If for some reason you are worried about your TLC order make sure you check the tracking email we send when your order is shipped. There you will find its tracking number and a link to Auspost Tracking where you can track your package. If for any reason you get stuck please reach-out we will do our best to help locate your package.

Due to slow postage and lack of materials being shipped restocks are taking a little longer than normal. Basic materials are running low both nationally and internationally and we are lucky to get our hands on the products that we have thus far.  We have been fortunate enough to keep creating during this time with some of the stockpiled materials we had in the workroom (whoops and hooray for over shopping).


As you could imagine some other businesses have taken a huge hit within this time, and TLC is so thankful for you continued support of our small business during this time. We are excited to hear that restrictions are said to be easing shortly, and double excited to be able to commence adding new stock to our growing piles!
